RESERVATION:
In order to secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable except for cancellations made within two weeks (14 days) of your arrival. At the time of check-in, your credit card number will be kept on file (or a cash deposit of $500 US) in the event of damages that may occur during your stay. Any deposits made are fully refundable upon your departure and inspection of the premises.
