Built in 1882, this ren­o­vated town­house is located on Syl­van Ter­race, a col­lec­tion of twenty land­marked town­homes located on 161st Street in Manhattan’s Harlem Heights.

Syl­van Ter­race is between St Nicholas and Jumel Ter­race Avenue. 25–35 min­utes to lower Man­hat­tan. All of the fol­low­ing trains are within 5 min­utes walk­ing dis­tance: C Train at 161 Street and #1 & A Trains at 168th.
